Orange juice Chipotle finely minced Garlic powder Piloncillo cone Cloves whole Ham Water
Add all the glaze ingredients to a small saucepan. Cook until the piloncillo is melted.
Score the ham. This will create wedges with the spiral slices. Add whole cloves in the wedges throughout the ham. Brush with the piloncillo chipotle glaze.
Bake at low temperature, add foil to prevent burned spots. Water in the pan will prevent drippings from burning. Baste! Baste! Baste!
