Puff pastry Sugar Ground cinnamon

Roll the dough

Start by thawing out the puff pastry, open it up and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough, turn and repeat.

Bake them all

Bake for 20 minutes on an ungreased pan, flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Ready to serve

Let them cool slightly before serving. You can serve them with a cup of cafe de olla and enjoy!
