Make the dough mix

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the dry ingredients and wet ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well either with a hand mixer or a stand mixer.

Bake the cookie dough

Line baking sheet. Once everything is combined, drop balls of dough on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

Let cool slightly

For best results, let the cookies cool slightly before removing. They can be soft and crumble if immediately removed.

Let cool on a rack

Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
