Fresh mango Tomatoes Red onion Green jalapeños Cilantro Lime juice Salt to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, fresh tomatoes, raw onions, jalapeño, cilantro, and salt.
Gently mix all ingredients. Cover the large bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
It’s the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish, tacos, or simply enjoyed with some some tortilla chips.
