Cook chorizo in a large pan about 7 minutes. Add onion and cook for another 3 minutes.
Remove the chorizo from the pan and place on a paper towel. Then, heat oil in a separate pan, and cook eggs sunny-side-up. Set aside.
It’s time to assemble. To the tostada, add a layer of chorizo and top it with a sunny-side-up egg, queso fresco cheese, chopped cilantro, and a few slices of avocado. Yummy!
