Scrambled Eggs Tacos


Eggs Milk Salt Pepper Butter Tortillas Guacamole or salsa Green Onion

Scramble the eggs


In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Make sure the egg yolks are broken and completely combined. Heat butter over low heat in a saucepan.

Cook the eggs


Add eggs to the pan and, with a spatula, gently stir. Cook and turn the heat off. Continue stirring until they have completely finished cooking.

Assemble and enjoy!


Serve immediately on top of warm tortillas. Top with guacamole or salsa, and green onions.
