I recently got into juicing. I’ve always been big on healthy living. It doesn’t always happen, but I try. Juicing has really helped me change the way I look at my health. If I feel off, I juice. Usually after a day of juicing, I feel tip top the next day. I firmly believe in the power of food and its ability to cure our ailments. Orange Berry Antioxidant Juice Blend:
Orange juice, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries. Tons of Vitamin C and packed with antioxidants. 3.5 servings of fruit in a 16 oz cup. So sweet and yummy.
Mangos, kale, passion-mango juice, Greek yogurt, chia seeds. Orange juice, carrots, bananas, mangos, Greek yogurt, soymilk, and chia seeds. What you get is roughly 10g of protein, 7g of fiber, tons of vitamins, and Omega-3s. Creamy because of the yogurt and soymilk and absolutely delicious.
Peach Mango Fit n’ Fruitful Smoothie:
Peaches, mangos, peach juice, soymilk, and the Lean Advantage Boost. It’s supposed to help you with your New Year’s nutritional goals.
