A traditional raw fish dish from French Polynesia.
  • 1 pound fresh ahi tuna, cut into about ½-inch diced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh coconut milk
  • ¼ cup cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Let this marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the lemon juice and add the coconut milk, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion to the bowl.
  4. Mix together and add more salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve in a bowl. Enjoy!
