Remember when your mom made enchiladas for dinner every single night? Because… “Mija, I don’t have the time.” Sure, she made other stuff too, but that’s what she made ALL THE TIME. That’s why I like playing with flavors. I like to keep things interesting, and maybe I don’t cook enchiladas every night, but one thing my mom and I have in common is that we both use Knorr® Bouillon. It gives dishes that extra little kick of yumminess like in this Creamy Chipotle Dip.
Dinner is my favorite time of the day. I get to spend time with my two favorite people (the hubs and my son) and experience new tastes, new flavors, and create new memories. I put my own spin on Knorr® Creamy Chipotle Dip, and it totally blew me and my guys away. I’m talking about an out-of-the-ballpark recipe. Don’t be afraid of chipotle. A little goes a long way. Finely dice it up. You don’t want to bite into a big chunk of it, or you will send someone searching for the nearest faucet. The chipotle is what gives it that robust, flavorful quality that we all know and love in Latino dishes.
This Creamy Chipotle Dip is so yummy. The creaminess tames down the heat, and the added lime juice gives that extra bit of freshness. And the cilantro… Mmmm! I love the smell of fresh cilantro, don’t you? Take this to your next party or as a special weeknight treat for your family. They will love you for it.
