Fish  Ceviche

INGREDIENTS

Dice the fish

Finely dice the fish, add lime and marinate for 1/2 hour.

Mix all

Mix the onions, tomatoes, and jalapeño with the fish, pour the lime juice and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate

Be sure to remove as much of the liquid that might have come out of the fish as possible, or you’ll end up with a watery dish.
