Ralphs has a new system called “ClickList” where you order online and then pick it up curbside. How brilliant is that?! Seriously, where was this when my son was a baby? It’s hard enough to get them out of the house, into the car, and then shop at a store where they want everything. I still come home with boxes of cereal and candy that my son just throws in the basket…. Forget kids for a second. Ralphs ClickList is perfect for people who don’t have any clean clothes but are afraid to be that weird person wearing pajamas at the grocery store. Or let’s say you broke up with a crazy ex-boyfriend and his mom lives in the area, and you’re afraid to run into your ex’s mom at the store and get asked, “Why did you leave my sweet son?” I’m telling you. ClickList rocks for many, many reasons.
Start by setting up an account online: CLICK HERE
Shop your little heart out. They have everything – bananas, milk, meat, even organic products and stuff from the deli. You pick how many items you want to purchase. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can search for it in the “search bar” of the Ralphs ClickList website.
Done? Go to checkout section of the Ralphs ClickList. That’s when you pick what time and day you want to pick it up. It sends you a confirmation email. It will also send you a reminder email the day of pick up that your food is ready for you.
When you get to the store, there are two parking spots at the front of the parking area. Look for the spots labeled “CLICKLIST.” Park in one of the two and give them a buzz.
The telephone number is on the sign. They bring out your groceries for you and even put them in the trunk. No extra boxes of cereal. No 20 questions from your ex’s mom. No pajamas. No drama.
As of right now, there is only one Ralphs location in San Diego with ClickList, and that’s in the Carlsbad off the 5. Even if you’re not in the area, this Ralphs is located right off the freeway. If you live in Encinitas or heading south on the 5, you can easily make a detour, grab some groceries, and keep driving. Easy peasy!
